Mr Starter & Alternator Repair

Well first I would like to thank Jake and Mike for an amazing experience with my car issues. I called and spoke with Jake and he was made me feel confident that I called the right place and proved me RIGHT! Jake kept me in the loop of the issues with my car and kept it simple. I was going in thinking it was going to be an expensive repair on my alternator. They quickly determined that the alternator was fine but the battery was the problem. It was much cheaper to replace the battery. Good honest mechanic.

Awesome service

Great service...just dropped in and they found the problem in minutes. I thought my issue was with the starter, but they did a number of tests and found that the issue was the battery. They ordered a battery for me from carquest, it arrived in less than 20 minutes and they installed it right away. Very happy that they were honest and fixed the real problem. I don't know much about cars so they could have convinced me to replace/fix the starter and I probably would have.
