Tryus Moving & Storage Ltd

My mom had some crystal dishes from her deceased mother, and this company broke the majority of them when they moved her. She also had "insurance" through this company. When she called them tofind out if they were going to cover the cost of the broken dishes they told her never to call there again and hung up. They are so unprofessional, even the guy yelled at his wife when they were moving my mom. If I would have known what I know now, I wouldn't have EVER got this company to move my mom.

What a joke! If there was a rating below 1 Star I’d issue it to this moron! He not only couldn’t hold true to his word when he said that he would have workers ready, but when we said that we’ll manage he exclaimed that it was “Good because I don’t have anyone to spare…” That man thanked us for canceling to now fast forward to the next time we thought we would give him a chance..he blamed us for canceling and said that’s why he can’t hire workers! What happed to being busy! DON’T USE HIM!!!

Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. The driver was great and professional when it come to handling all the household items. They were on time, even though the weather was scary; end of November move. Would HIGHLY recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.
