Your hearing system will be evaluated by a professional with a doctoral degree in hearing science, auditory system disorders and rehabilitation, vestibular (balance) disorders, and precise and prescription-based hearing aid fittings. Terrace Hearing Clinic offers a range of pricing and technologies like rechargeables, bluetooth streaming, tiny styles, cell-phone compatible apps, and also much more simple technologies. Our audiologist will carefully guide you through the process of choosing what you need, and will prescriptively program them to your specific hearing loss, with lots of follow-up time and warranties. In addition to hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings, we provide tinnitus retraining therapy for tinnitus patients. Our main hearing clinic is in Terrace but we hold clinics in Prince Rupert, Smithers, Hazelton and have visited smaller communities upon request.

Our clinic audiologist is Dr. Joely Novik-Viveiros, AuD. She earned a Master's degree in Audiology from the University of BC's School of audiology and speech sciences, part of the faculty of medicine, and she then earned a Doctor degree in audiology.
