Client of theirs for years. Finally had enough. Little communication. Failure to return phone calls or emails. The customer is definitely not important to them anymore...
It seemed like reception shut the door on me before I got started. Being about your business is important however listening briefly to someone is important as well.... you could and have lost potential customers; however I have a feeling that is not their priority, so that is fine. Everyone has a right to run their operations the way they so choose. I hope others have a pleasant experience, mine was not.
