Stay Away from Advance Laser

Hi, This is the worst place in customer service, I have seen in Calgary. Lady on reception has no customer service skill, and will attend you well only, if you are interested being a new customer taking your first appointment. Slowly, you move on n treatment or paper work, their service gets poor, no appointments available, excuses of being busy...and things get worse when no knowledge lady does laser on you and burnt your skin. And, if you have any unlimited voucher online, your life will be full of frustration, as you might not get any appointments for months. So, do not waste your money if you will ever find any $199, $179 or any other attractive price for advance laser. you will not only loose money, in fact putting yourself in danger to get worse treatment from owner lady, as she might does not want you to com back as discounted customer in clinic, and wants to get rid of you as soon as possible.

NEVER GO TO ADVANCE LASER &TANNING

WORST SERVICE AND STAFF EVER. OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOES CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. I NOW HAVE PERMANENT SCARES FROM THE LASER TREATMENT. THE OWNER WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND DIDN'T EVEN APOLOIZE FOR BURNING ME. NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL.
