    The staff are all kind and friendly but staff member "Sharanjit G" has been an amazing person to talk with and get help upgrade my phone with She had the whole thing done in a record time for us, under an hour and was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend going to this store just to see HER enough! Store is very clean and has a good selection, very happy shopping here every single time :)

    Wish this was run...

    Wish this was run by Virgin. Encountered three staff at the Market Mall location and each seemed to know less than the other. My new mifi wasn't working correctly causing me to have to drive to the location to return it. No apologies, no culpability, and after chatting with about eight other colleagues they figured out the repair policy. Days later when my wife picked up the new one no one thought to mention that the SIM card would have to be traded over resulting in third visit to store.
