I bought a 2007 Santa Fe in March 2010 and I am in love with my vechicle. The price was right and the sales gal was really easy to work with. There were a couple scratched and things on the car that I wanted taken care of before I bought it and they did all that and more for me before I picked it up. I also got 1 year of oil changes free and 2.5 years warranty. I couldn't be happier.
Recently we purchased a new used vehicle. While at the dealership we took a van for a test drive, it drove nice and seemed to run smoothly. It had its wear and tear like any used vehicle on the outside, the inside was immaculate.
The sales person asked if we wanted a price so we said sure let us know, they quoted us a price and when we said we needed to think and talk, they quickly pressured us by saying if you leave we will take this price and go up another 2000. Really when people do that it just makes me want to leave, however we were on a bit of a time crunch and needed to make a decision. We purchased the vehicle there regardless. The rest of the group was fairly easy to work with however they said they were going to fix somethings on the van and never ended up doing it.
Id go back if i couldnt find another place to help out
