Do not deal with calgary tent and awning. We recently purchased two new awning and it was a horrible experience. It took six months to receive them. The install was horrible. They crushed the soffit. When I pointed this out, they didn't care. Both of the awning have quite a few scratches. When I pointed out the scratches, they didn't care. I wanted five foot curtains on the front of the awnings. I got four foot curtains. Again, they didn't care. I was also charged more than the quote. SO BAD.

They did a decent job on my RV awning, but charged me more than twice than the initial quote and it took them 3 weeks for literally 2 stitches.

The first time I ever went to this establishment . The lady at the front office was fantastic she knew what we were looking for and was a great help . The dots were what we were looking for and two small pieces of cloth for our canvas . She was Awesone .
