They will deliver your flowers to your neighbors instead of waiting to see if anyone is home! Expecting you to go to a strangers house to get them. Then justify it by saying your neighbors seem like lovely people! I don't care what my neighbors are like, do not give them my stuff that we paid good money for!

I ordered an arrangement online from out of province, and they provided something even more beautiful than expected. Thank you so much for such a lovely arrangement going to my Aunt & Uncle. At such a sad time for our family, the beautiful flowers and prompt and kind customer service are so appreciated.

I was very unsatisfied with A FTD Vera Wang arrangement as it did not represent what I ordered and when I asked for a refund, as per their satisfaction guarantee, they said they would pick up the existing flowers and remake the arrangement or refund me. I didn't proceed as it was for my very sick sister in hospital and I didn't want her to know my disappointment. Will never use them again and I will gladly show anyone the picture of what I ordered and what I received!
