Stay away from this business! After I closed my account with them and paid my final bill, they decided 4 months later that I owed them over $200. I called about this bill and they had no idea where it came from and told me not to worry about paying it because it seemed like a glitch in the system. A month later I had collection services calling me saying I owe DERS. I have called customer service repeatedly and they make empty promises and don't actually do anything. I don't understand how a company that has no office you can go to in Alberta and who's customer service people aren't in Canada is the default for gas and electric. I'm still battling with these people over a bill they can't figure out and refuse to drop.
