Fair Deal doesn't deliver on promise

Recently I purchased a bedroom suite from Fair Deal and paid an extra 75 dollars to have my furniture set up "fully assembled" in my home. The furniture was delivered but set up was not. I received a dresser and nite stand that was taken out of the box in one piece but the handles were not on. The delivery people said that it was not included. Handle installation seems like a minor deal but not really when I paid 75 dollars to ensure I could just move my stuff straight in (I am coming from out of town with no tools and wanted to have everything ready) I called the store and was told by the salesman that "fully assembled" doesn't mean that the handles would be on (!) . This was issue escalated to the manager for whom I left 3 messages and got no response. Be VERY careful when dealing with these people. My problem was NOT dealt with and I ended up and unhappy customer. :(
