So yesterday I was leaving Heninger Toyota with my '08 Dodge Caravan and a super strange noise happened. Realizing I shouldn't drive home I drove down the road to Heninger Service Centre.
Probably the smoothest process I have experienced. Drove in, Kassandra told me what the process would be & then their shuttle drove me home while they did a diagnostic.Few hours later she texted me and explained what was wrong and when it was fixed I was picked up YET again. I truly felt looked after.Thanks

Great dealership. We were able to trade in our Toyota Matrix for 2022 RAV4 and get a good price for it. Our sales person Michael was really helpful. He explained everything for us as it had been awhile since we purchased a new vehicle. We definitely recommend this dealership.

Good Experience in Service
I had a flat tire and they were very helpful, especially Rob, Heather, and Dave in the service department, made the experience painless and kept my costs down!
Adam in used sales is the most uncooperative, arrogant man ever. I don't recommend doing business here unless you want attitude and a bad deal. Would give zero stars
