I recently purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander GT Premium from Bow Mitsubishi, and the customer service was outstanding. The sales team, sales manager, and finance department all provided exceptional assistance and made us feel valued. No pressure during the sales process, and they patiently helped us find the perfect vehicle. The finance department secured an excellent financing deal, and the entire team made us feel like part of their family. Highly recommend Bow Mitsubishi.

Fair enough, I will share my story to all of you, hope my suck experience will help you don't stuck in the game. Both of myself and my wife have stable full time job and credit over 700, we trade up our van to Outlander PHEV, they said the interest rate is 0.99%(O.A.C). Cause I ask discount then they begin there show, ask my wife sign the finance document with 6.99% for 84 Month finance. It's ridiculous and rude, if you want deal with this issue by a gentle method, could phone or email me back.

Dishonest - Including Optional Loan Insurance!

In April 2011,I purchased a used vehicle from Hyatt Wholesale in Calgary. Hyatt Mitsubishi next door managed the financing arrangements. One week after signing the papers, I was reviewing the documents and came across a charge for optional loan insurance worth $2626. My signature was on the form, and I remember him explaining the form to me but don't remember him saying that it was optional or that there was a separate charge for it. I made an appointment to discuss it and he told me that it was mandatory insurance that the banks required to make the loan secured. He said I can make changes at any time and circled a number on the form to call. First I called TD Financing Services. They told me that it is absolutely not mandatory and 100% optional. I called the insurance company and cancelled the insurance. They said to cancel, it would cost $100 in administration fees and because it had been over 10 days since the transaction, they had to charge me for one month of insurance. I don't know if there would be the same administration charges if I cancelled within 10 days. I then called the dealership and asked them why they didn't mention that the insurance was optional, that it came at an absurd cost, or that it could be cancelled. He took no responsibility and said that I should have read what I was signing, and that he cannot control what the insurance company charges for cancellation fees. I explained that the salesman seemed to be explaining everything very clearly, and I was paying close attention to what he was saying but if I had known the details of the insurance, there is no way that I would have agreed to it. He said there is nothing he can do and would not compensate me for the $150 charged to me. They must get commission on the the total amount including the loan insurance.
