Had an issue not getting a sale price because I bought on last day of sale and had provided new address while address on file with Rogers was different. Sent emails and left message complaining. My concerns were forwarded to Rogers for a decision about the phone pricing and the response from Rogers was excellent - they honored the price and showed understanding.
I brought in a phone for repair under warranty. The clerk was very unprofessional and condescending. It took over a month before the repair was complete and when it finally arrived he tried to give it back to me without a battery or back plate. My contract showed that he received the accessories along with the phone, but he still refused to give me a back plate saying "these things happen". An email was supposed to be sent to request a new back be sent, I have not received any confirmation of that after another week. The repair shop is an unorganized unprofessional mess. A very negative and disappointing experience.
