This salon is under new ownership and the new owner is hands down the best there is! All of the staff are friendly and hold themselves to the highest standards. Products used are of the highest quality and the selection is just amazing. Luxury Nails provides a modern, upbeat atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Very CLEAN!! Highly recommend.
I’ve been going for years. Prices haven’t changed. Never had a bad pedicure. They are nice but not friendly.
Have gone here for years for waxing - never have an appointment and they always fit me in quickly. Very thorough and meticulous service
I've never met more ruder people. Also Had a pedicure there once and had to ask her to stop she was so rough.
Poor service! Would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could put no stars, but have to on order to post this. The ladies there, sat around and ate some sort of food that they had to take out of seeds. They were on the floor, and on the table top that nails were getting done. The lady who did my nails stopped to check her Facebook in the middle of doing my nails. I wish I could post photos here because I have some to prove all of this. Not professional at all. The water that I had my feet in for a whole two seconds was filthy. Things floting it in, dead skin from someone else, and nail clippings from someone else as well. Hench why I took my feet out.
I came here yesterday and the service I got was exceptional. My nails are absolutely gorgeous and even though I was a walk in they took me right away. The nails did take a little longer than usual but it wasn't too big of a deal considering the end product. The girls are charming and funny and even though they do speak in their own language, it does not make you feel bad or like you are being gossiped about. I even came back the next day for a pedicure! Very since the location changed this place has improved. It feels clean, professional , yet still has a relaxed vibe. You go girls!
Waited too long to get your nails done... And very rude about it
I go to the beauty salon to feel and look good. The nail tech "Lisa" did a beautiful job on my nails but the Manager was so obnoxious I will never go back. The Manager is the sister of the owner and is extremely arrogant and speaks in another language constantly, coming over multiple times during my maincure to have long foreign conversations. I told the Manager it made me feel left out and joked that I thought they were talking about me. This made the Manager go into overdrive (she seemed angry) and speak more in another language. The nail tech was embarassed and uncomforable with her Managers poor form. HORRIBLE
