Worst cab company in Calgary. Don't bother, the customer service woman is horrible.
Waited on hold for 30 min. Gave up
We use the services of this company for the whole school year for my boy and I am so thankful to the staffs from the dispatch (who are so helpful in answering all my anxious inquiries since it's our first time using taxi instead of school bus) and to the drivers who are so polite and helpful but most of all securing the safety of my boy in going and coming from school. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I called them on New Year ’s Eve and waited about 45 minutes on hold. This did not bother me at all as I was prepared for this to happen. When I got through, I ordered a cab to a NW, which is about 5 minutes from what would be classified as the SW. When I asked this the operator was very rude and said We are a South only cab company and we will not come to the NW. I mentioned that their hold line indicates that they do have service in the NW and NE with longer than average wait times. She said that it doesn't matter what the recording says and even if they would send a cab there it would take 5 hours and then immediately hung up the phone. HORRIBLE service and there should not be a company like this in Calgary! We already have poor coverage and this company just adds to the long list of faults that Calgary has with its Taxi services.
We are new to Cagary and needed a TAXI to get to the hospital ASAP for a dying Grandmother and the dispatcher had a taxi waiting for my son before he could hobble down the 8 flights of stairs on his smashed up leg. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!
I use them most of the time, when I need to go to the airport. They are always very nice, and help me carry my luggage. They take all forms of payment and the cars are quite comfortable to be in.
