I was contracted ...
I was contracted to develop this office, my quotes was 1/2 of what other contractors had given them. 8 months they told me they would pay me the remaining $2,200. Giving excuses like: paperwork was sent to winnipeg for accounting, their still processing the costs, etc. They gave me excuses to keep putting it off. 2 weeks ago they told me their not going to pay me, I can no longer file a lean. This mortgage office will say anything to get your business, I suggest you be careful dealing with them.
