    Horrible. I just adopted a hamster 24 hours ago and noticed a gruesome looking scab on the poor guys back. This company is not looking after their critters properly. They said I should bring him in and if he needs vet care I will have to surrender him back to the pet store. Aka he will be put down because why would a big corporation pay for one little hamster to be helped when they’re mass breeding them. Rather they should have provided the care to ensure he will be okay without taking ownership
