    Excellent, professional service!!

    I highly recommend Revolve Furnishings. I had the best experience with this company, their customer service is superb and their prices are unbeatable. The delivery team was right on time (as scheduled) and very professional. If you want a hassle-free purchase and delivery experience I urge you to check out Revolve Furnishings. Revolve Furnishings was highly recommend to me by friends and colleagues in the Interior Design and Show Home Staging trades. All of the aforementioned friends and colleagues have dealt with almost all of the sales associates as well as the (post-purchase) customer relations team members at their head office and have nothing but the highest praise on how professional all of them are. They really will go above and beyond!!

    DO NOT SHOP AT REVOLVE FURNITURE!!!!

    DO NOT SHOP AT REVOLVE FURNITURE!!!! I had some items delivered from them to my brand new townhouse which ended in $3000 damage to my brand new floor that they are refusing to pay for. Apparently their delivery team is well trained and follow strict protocol, so I am not sure why they would roll a bookshelf with wheels on it across my hardwood floor. I did not notice the scratches until right after the delivery team left. Within 10 min of them leaving i called revolve and was told everything would be taken care of and not to worry. I sent pictures of the damage and also said that someone could come and look at the damage in person. It looked much worse in person than in the pictures. The following week I was told by their customer relations rep that they would not cover the damage because I signed the form after the delivery that there was no damage. They have a policy that you can report damage within 24 hours ... apparently it only applies to furniture delivered. I was also told that it could have been many other things that caused it and that she has seen other damage and mine didn't look the same or even close. The delivery team also told her they did not roll anything across my floor, which I saw with my own eyes when I came downstairs to check on things, they are liars and won't own up to what they did. My side of the story doesn't matter to them and they only listen to their delivery staff who isn't even telling the truth. I have asked twice for someone to come look at my hardwood floors and my dad has asked countless times. Still no one has come or even attempted. I have had no one call me to hear my side of the story. I called the owner to set up a meeting and no response. My dad has called as well and he didn't get a call back either. So unless you want your floors damaged, don't shop or get anything delivered from Revolve. Feel free to write on there Facebook page, twitter , or email there company directly. They shouldn't ge away with this.

    George, after seeing the pictures you attached to your negative review, I can't help but wonder why plastic wheels would cause such damage to your hardwood floor. Forgive me Sir, but $3000 in damage seems a bit excessive. Obviously the standard, durability and quality of the hardwood floor is not that of the most expensive option available on the market today. I fail to see how Revolve Furnishings can be held accountable for the damage because you opted for that (cheap) hardwood option. Also, please explain to me how plastic wheels of a furniture piece (bookcase, shelf, etc) can cause damage like you show in your picture. Those furniture pieces are not heavy at all, so I urge you not to put a sofa or even a TV Wall unit on your alleged expensive hardwood floor as it is clear that heavier pieces of furniture will dent, crack and damage your floor. I hope we all learn from this post.
