A white sourdough bread based on a original German recipe. This is a typical "everyday" bread, widely used in Germany for jelly or cold cut sandwiches.

Russian Rye With Caraway Seed

Made with organic dark rye flour and just the right amount of caraway seeds. Very unique, very traditional!

Caraway Rye

Very similar to the Swiss light rye. However, this time our bakers have added some caraway seeds for this very unique taste.

Rustic Whole Grain

Made with 100% whole grains, contains no flour. Very moist, great shelf life.

Farmer's Bread

Very tasty, very simple. Made with unbleached, untreated, organic wheat flour.

Oldenburger

This is most certainly a bakers' masterpiece. Difficult to find because it is very difficult to produce. Please store in cooler or freezer since we add no preservatives.

5 Grain with Organic Pumpkin Seeds

Very rich and very unique. The roasted pumpkin seeds give this bread that special flavour.

Rye With Sunflower Seeds

There are very few skilled bakers able to hand-craft this bread. A slow, 2-hour baking process is needed to bake it to perfection. Best stored in the freezer or cooler.
