Ruined Christmas dinner! I ordered their Christmas feast- in November, so I figured I was set. Nope. Sunterra isn’t cheap- and I ended up with nothing to feed my family on Christmas Eve. No food, no message, no phone call. Nothing. Don’t trust them. They will screw you over.

Well, I like Sunterra but they can do much better. Their bocconcini salad, meeatballs, and I think cranberry yam salad was pretty bad. Bocconcinis were dry and yellow outside, meatballs were dry, and yam salad was pointless. I like their bread, over expensive cookies, dry meat, freshly squeezed juice. Baklava is delicious but unnecessarily expensive, too. I wish they could have offered more delicious ready meals that are worth to prize. Overall, not too bad.

Modernized Grocery Shopping

From the moment Sunterra Market opened this summer, it has been one of my most frequent destinations and here's why. Versatility. There is no other market that offers the range of services, setting and overall service in the city period. The location is separated into 3 distinct floors: The main is a market that features a deli counter, bakery, produce, butcher, salad bar and tons of other goods. The second floor offers cooking classes and group functions that allow an in house chef to feature their skills. The top level has one of Calgary's coolest patios and is located in proximity to their buffet style line and higher end restaurant. There is also a full feature bar and a large dining section. All in all the staff is great, management cares and there is no other place that matches their experience.
