    Disappointing Service

    I heard a lot of good things about this franchise; however, my experience shopping at this location was very poor. Sadly, customer service has really gone downhill over the last little while. I did not feel welcome at the store. The owner didn't acknowledge me when I entered the store, and she was difficult to approach to ask questions. She gave me the impression that she seemed more interested in sitting at the computer instead of customer service. Very disappointing with limited supplies too. I will not be shopping at this location again or any of the other franchises.

    Great place!

    I was referred to this pet food store by a friend who prefers to feed their animals raw, whole and healthy food. Previously (before my research) I thought Science Diet was as good as it got for my cats. I honestly thought I'd check out this place in the hopes that maybe I could budget for some better food for our furry friends. Walking in there my first impression was that it was very small and confusing- I had no idea where to look. Immediately however, a girl behind the counter (Who I later learned was named Claire) directed us to the appropriate area. She was incredibly knowledgable about the products sold there, and our animals. She made sure to tell us how to get the best bang for our buck, and assisted in choosing the right thing for our pets. We were given a sample of a human sized llama burger that she assured us our kittens would love- Which they did. The part that astounded me the most is that when we would buy science diet canned food, we would buy 30 for just over $50. At Tail Blazers, we bought a 6Lb bag of whole and natural kibble, 8 large cans of wet food, and some raw chicken for just over $40. I really was expecting it to be far more expensive, and certainly not expecting it to be cheaper than a commercial brand. I really recommend that if you want to check it out, go here. Claire was amazing. This is where we've decided to go permanently.
