The appointment was made and i was specific about having a ford tech look after my truck. When i arrived the advisor did not know anything about it, i was told an aprentice would be taking care of my truck or i could wait for a tech. Since that appointment ive had ticking in the engine, oil leaks and had to repair the front crank seal. Yet the problem remains.
I just picked up my new 2016 F150 XLT. Great truck! Pleasantly surprised as I did not think there would be so many improvement as my last F150 was only a 2013......I was wrong. I drives amazing, sounds awesome, and the Sync 3 system is light years better than the previous 2 versions. I have lost track, but I think this is my 7th or 8th vehicle from Universal Ford Lincoln. Thank you Brad Adams(sales) & Dagg Adams(service).
Recently took my truck in for a problem but after getting it back the same problem occurred so I took it back in again and they said oh it was something else now and they now want a grand plus to fix it.all in all they never fixed the problem,will never ever take a vehicle to them again worst service ever
