Read the demo ride authorization form they want you to sign. Beware of the very high deductible. If you are in an accident you will be on the hook for an incredibly high deductible. $5000 to $10,000. They will tell you that your own insurance will cover you. That’s not true.

Never buy a Honda! Well known problems with the VCT actuator. They say they have a fix, but in my case, and hundreds of other cases not true. The service manager actually insinuated that it could be lack of maintenance at Honda, not using OE Honda oil etc. Really? The vehicle is maintained regularly, and with Honda oil. Paid to have this part replaced in 2017, and it needs replacing again. They will not admit that this is an ongoing issue, and have no real fix. Do your research and you will see.

Thanks very much to Chris, Russell, and Heather in the service department. My vehicle was taken in for some brake work which took a little bit longer than usual to diagnose, but at the end of the experience I was very happy. Village Honda Replaced parts that were not warranty items in good faith to make the repair job 100%. I won’t take my car to any other dealer in the city for service. GB.

I had horrible ex...

I had horrible experience here. Sales person did refused to explain about all extra payments for lease. I was told that numbers they have are standard for all dealerships. That was not true. General Sales Manager refused to provide me with any paper copies that I signed. Refused to return my deposit after I decided to stop dealing with them. I was forced to buy a car although I did not sign the Lease Agreement.

Abyssmal, expensive "mechanical service"

When I asked for a few specific checks on my Honda Element, I did not expect not to be heard. I wanted an assessment of brakes, steering, and an occasional noise in the back of my vehicle when it went over a bump. Instead, a so-called "service check" that cost $225. was done. A heat-shield was removed, not replaced, supposedly to correct the noise in the back of the vehicle going over bumps - which did not correct the problem! I was told that front rotors and back brake-pads and rotors needed to be replaced - for a huge price; all rotors and pads and calipers (!) were replaced for half the estimate by another service-provider! It was also reported on my "service-assessment" by Village Honda that there was an exhaust-leak; a follow-up check with another mechanic elsewhere disproved this! And the servicing to the differential at Kal-Tire was less than one-quarter the quote given at Village Honda. Be very careful about having your car serviced by this agency. Advice about repairs-needed was inflated, later proved to be unnecessary. Giselle, service manager, did not provide "Truly Outstanding Service" as claimed! My complaint about service fell on deaf ears at Village Honda!

DON'T BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM VILLAGE HONDA!!! They will want to charge you a whopping $400 "VPP" (Vehicle Processing Payment ) - basically an unecessary paperwork charge that will increase your cost - OTHER DEALERSHIPS DO NOT DO THIS!!! This dealership is a long way from us but we decided to head up to check out a used Honda that looked like a good deal. After experiencing a negative, stressful high pressure negotiating experience with salesman Lee, we decided to call Rob (General Sales Manager) in the hopes of finding a more sympathetic ear and some better help with crunching some numbers on the deal. Unfortunately, this was not the case - we were offered prices that were too expensive based on our calculations and given more negative attitude to boot! THESE GUYS CLEARLY THINK THEY ARE GOD'S GIFT TO USED CARS AND THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORK TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SALESPEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY, EASY TO DEAL WITH AND WILLING TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH VILLAGE HONDA!!!!
