I love this gym, the management and staff keep it so clean, it always smells great!, and the machines are always clean and their cleaning cloths and towels are always laundered many times a day.great job everyone👏👏👏👏👏👏
If your looking for a gym to actually work out at do not go here. All youll get is harrassed by the owner or her staff. If you want to have an uncomfortable, unprofessional and absurd conversation then go here. I have never experienced a gym like this one. To top it off they do not practice safe COVID regulations. You defiantly get what you pay for here.
You get what you pay for. This gym is cheap and it shows in the cleanliness of the gym. Especially right now during the pandemic, they are not upto the standards they should be. The gym is usually packed with little to no social distancing. The cloth to wipe down the machines is so used and nasty that it’s probably better to not wipe down the machines. The only good thing is, this gym has a lot of equipment and it next to my work.
This gym has improved a lot recently with the cleanliness. The rates are really good. The only comment I have is on the professionalism. The girls that work there act like super flirty and make unprofessional conversation. They follow my boyfriend around cleaning while he works out trying to make flirtatious conversation with him. He had to leave today because he felt so uncomfortable.
as you can see from other one star review, I totally agree with them and I saw lots of disposable syringe in the changing area which were in the disposal safety box. - That makes me feel not safe at all. if someone did drug and got rid of syringe in the gym, that means there is possibility that someone is high in the gym. Why do you wanna take a risk? I didn`t check other gym in Calgary, but it is totally first time to see this - Not happened in the other area.
Great gym, always nice and clean. Good crowd and good gym for the everyday guy or gal who wants to stay in shape. Very reasonable rates and all kinds of fun classes thrown in for free. I’ve been training here on and off for close to 10 years and recommend it highly...
I have worked out at THE GYM for almost 7years. I must say the staff and owner are super friendly and this gym is extremely affordable on a yearly membership basis. Other gym members are generally down to earth and friendly people. I've had memberships here for less than $30 per month for several years now and I don't think that price can be beat. I would recommend this gym to anyone working or living in the area.
I've been going now a week. Huge gym. Great atmosphere. No attitude. Only suggestion is having more spray bottles with cleaner. Lots of clients don't clean the machines when done. Might be because there is only a few bottles to be found. Otherwise really enjoying it so far!!!
Horrible gym. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like people should know that this facility is appalling. The locker room is absolutely disgusting it smells horrible always filthy it's like no one tries to clean it. The machines and equipment are falling apart. Everytine I go there a machine out of service and the Dumbbells are a recipe for disaster. the only reason it's cheap is because everyone is leaving. The staff are nice but have horrible customer service.
