Dishonest Broker - changes policy without advising client - does not even know that the policy has been changed by the underwriter! Does not refund prepaid premium upon cancellation! Beware! Not worth giving your business to this broker!

I have been using Western General Insurance for the past 2 years and I have had nothing but headache. My broker was Ella, she has the worse customer service skills. She knows very little about her job. I have been over charged 3 times now due to her not knowing how to do the job. Trust me do not go here and waste your time like I have.

Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service. High prices. They wouldn't issue a temporary pink slip for me to drive my car to a mechanic for the vehicle inspection. Told me I had to use a portable mechanic. Steer clear.
