Our Story…
After living in Indiana and Mississippi, for a period of time, the love of Southern Barbeque grew for our locally owned and operated Restaurant Owner. He began gathering inspiration by traveling and participating in courses, at some of the best BBQ joints in the world.
By combining different barbeque styles from across the USA, “Southern State BBQ” Serves up a flavour all its own.
On our Menu, we’ll be serving our own special dry-rubbed meats, wood-smoked for up to 12 hours. You’ll have the choice between our homemade sauces, fresh Southern sides-dishes and classic desserts. We pride ourselves in preparing only fresh (non-frozen or microwaved) meals!
