    Called them to install a hot water tank that was not purchased through them. When asked if we did, and stated no, was told to go find another plumbing outfit. Horrible attitude and non-existent service.

    Always AMAZING customer service

    GK answered my frantic call, when I needed a plumber not now but RIGHT NOW. Dispatch was extremely helpful and my tech was extremely accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this company; I've used them several times and they always go above and beyond. From Dispatch to Service to Billing, Everyone I've been in contact with is friendly and helpful, and the invoice is always more than fair. Thanks GK for delivering a fantastic customer service that's so rare in GP!!

    Pro-active, willing to listen and provide solutions. Great knowlegable and experienced personnel. Deliver what is promised and back up support is second to none!! Will deliver anywhere within the Grande Prairie and surrounding areas! Just a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble!
