I caled at 8 and was answered right away. Was told my can would be right away to 20 min. Ok, sounds fair. But 40 minutes later when I called back, after being on hold for 15 minutes, all I got was 'we were down' as if that is supposed to make me feel better. She was angry and mad at ME instead of being sorry and apologetic that I am suffering as a result of their service failing. I don't care what happened but basic customer service is more important!
After being on hold for 5 mInutes I called another company, and left with them before these guys answered the phone. Id have not given any stars but one is the minimum. For a company supposedly oriented on customer service, I received none, not evn bad service, just none.
