I purchased my first pair of skiis from All Sports. Zach was very friendly and helpful. I was even able to exchange my skiis for a shorter pair with no fuss or hassle. Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service. They wanted to make sure I left a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends. Thanks All Sports!!

I absolutely love going to this store for my family's sporting needs. It is a smaller store and may not always carry everything, but its customer service far out weights it's size. I am in All Sports 3-4 per week. Staff call me by name, they are polite, accommodating, and kind. I have been shopping at this store for over 5 years on a regular basis. If a product is not available to be brought in I am told the truth. Customer service is my 1. priority and this store gets 5 stars!

They don't handle...

They don't handle problems well or even politely. I was given a gift card for their store so I could buy my item in the right size. They did not have my size and told me to return. I did. They still did not have my size and they told me they could not bring it in. They were very rude and would not help me. They do not have other sports equipment that I can use so the gift card is basically useless. I will have to go to another store to buy the product I hoped to get from them.
