    Rick did an amazing job with my parents home, informed us on a few key issues we had no idea was going on! We ended up selling after solving the issues and came out with a pretty penny on top thank you Rick!!

    I thought I knew a lot about a house, wow was I wrong. Rick was very thorough inspection and he had taken the time to answer all the questions we had.
