Amy Lind is an associate at Liberty Law. In 2008 she completed her undergraduate degree with a double major in psychology and sociology (with distinction). In 2011 she completed her Bachelor of Laws at the UofA, and admitted to the Alberta Bar 2012.
Patrick Bigg is an associate at Liberty Law. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2013, working under Brian A. Beresh, Q.C. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2014.
Stephen Straub became an articling student at Liberty Law under Brian Beresh, Q.C. upon earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2014. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015.
Nathan J. Whitling is a criminal defence lawyer who specializes in appeals. At the University of Alberta he received a long list of awards, including the Horace Harvey Gold Medal in Law. He went on to obtain his Masters in Law at Harvard Law School.

Chris Millsap is a partner with the firm and has practiced criminal defence at Liberty Law since 2002. Chris has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta from Provincial Court to the Alberta Court of Appeal.
Kim Hardstaff is our Senior Associate at Liberty Law. After completing her undergraduate degree in 2004 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2007 (both with Distinction) at the UofA, she articled with our firm and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in July 2008.
Shawn Gerstel is an associate at Liberty Law. Shawn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in 2005 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009.
