Unacceptable

I have been to this clinic before for acupuncture and it was alright so I went back. However, the service is mediocre at best. Sometimes, someone is there to greet you but not always. I went for acupuncture on June 19/16. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm. Usually it's ~30mins. Today, I did not get out until 3pm! They left needles and electrodes in my neck and back and forgot about me! I pounded on the wall and yelled out for a good 10mins before someone came in to stop my treatment
