Horrible auto service department Do not use the services of their auto department. I took my 2010 MAZDA 5 in because it was engine light always on. They told me it was my Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve and $550 later they replaced them, then told me that is one year warranties, I took my vehicle home only half day, the same problem came back. I took the vehicle in the next day to be re-inspected, more than two hours after it had been in the shop they called and said it was other my Intake

If I could give this location a 0 i would. Other locations will always give you last sale price on an item. This location will not they have no customer service dealing with any of the staff especially the managers is incredibly difficult. My recomendation is if you can go to other canadian tire locations i would and save yourself the anger

    Auto service peop...

Auto service people are so rude and arrogant. They just think you have to accept whatever they throw at you. Always ask what they are doing and why, will cut your bill in half. You bring your car for a $200 job end up with a $2000 one. Like most mechanics, they say you need to change everything. If they change two parts in the same area, they charge you twice for dismantling the area.

    Horrible auto service department

Do not use the services of thier auto department. I took my 2007 Ford Escape in because it was making a very loud noise. They told me it was my brakes and $500 later they replaced them. I took my vehicle home only to notice that it was still making the noise. I took the vehicle in the next day to be re-inspected. Less than an hour after it had been in the shop they called and said it was my front diff. and it would be $2400 to replace it. The front diff. did not make sense for where the noise was coming from so we told them to leave it alone and we took it elsewhere. It ended up being my PTU (still a $2700 fix) but had I let Canadian Tire do the work I would be thousands in the hole only to still be driving a broken vehicle. Horrible customer service and sloppy service. Save your money and go to a real mechanic.
