Poor service for a hefty bill
1. Nobody was greeting or giving me any attention for about good 5 min. when I walked in the reception area (I was the only one waiting in line and standing right in front of them!). They were just chatting and laughing so I finally had to interrupt their conversation to get myself registered. 2. My dental hygienist was unfriendly and had a very poor communication skill. She would instruct me to open my mouth big occasionally, but other times she would just grab my head side to side instead of
