    We bought an engagement ring at Design Jewellery. The service was excellent. All stuff is very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Jojo and Jimmy. Jimmy went out of his way to do some changes on my ring and did a great job in no time. Jojo provided very friendly service. Good job guys. I would recommend you to anybody.

    We Had the most AMAZING customer experience at this location. Extreamely warm, welcoming, knowledgable team. Muriellle was so patient with us, after trying what seemed to be 100 different styles of rings. She answered all our questions, and helped us feel comfortable in a some what "intimidating" financial purchase. We are getting our ring custom made, to exactly what I want. I can't say enough how impressed I am at the team at this location. 5/5 for us!

    Excellent Store! We highly recommend them. We purchased our engagement and wedding bands here over 10 years ago. They were so helpful & accommodating. They helped us design and create our rings from start to finish within 2 weeks and within our budget. They also have a great selection of unique jewellery and tons of brand name watches.

    They dont stand b...

    They dont stand behind thier work. I had my wedding ring made at design and the diamond fell out. I had followed thier inspection schedule, and they would not replace the diamond. When i bought the ring the jewller had ashered me that if the diamond ever came out they would replace it.

    Although stone loss in any type of jewellery purchased anywhere can occur due to various reasons, we do provide our customers with the service of free inspections. During the inspection process, our on-site expert goldsmiths carefully clean and examine every detail of the piece making sure that the product is excellent condition. As part of the inspection, the settings and claws are carefully examined to prevent stone loss. Although in extremely rare cases stone loss can occur, it usually takes some sort of impact to cause a stone to fall out after it has been inspected. In this type of situation, our goldsmiths are able to tell during the examination process the cause, and at that point we can determine how to proceed, as each situation is unique. Design Jewellers recommends that jewellery that is mounted with stones be brought in for regular cleanings and inspections. We will be happy to provide this free service to anyone who requires it.
