I booked a service call from 10-2 today, 3:15 pm I get a call and it's going to be another 30 mins. Not cool.

Extremely sorry that your wait time exceeded the booked time slot. Sometimes our technicians run into unforeseen circumstances on the previous call. We can not allow our technicians to leave site until the repair has been completed at their current location. I hope this clarifies why the time was pushed back. My apologies!
