If you haven't already guessed, we're a men's wear store, and we carry the smartest dress, casual, sports and outerwear available.We've got an ultra-relaxed atmosphere, tons of selection, lots of free parking, a wicked sound system, a legendary snooker table, and an always-open snack bar, with to-die-for homemade cookies.People like it here. Meet the owner

When Earl Klapstein’s father started Eddie’s Men’s Wear in 1958, the goal was to concentrate on quality Canadian-made men’s wear. “When we say we buy locally, we don’t mean within a 10-mile radius,” Earl says. “We buy from Canadian manufacturers first, then from North American clothiers, and then we go to Europe. We don’t go much further than that.”

Having participated in a family business that's been handed down through the generations, Earl has seen as many as three generations of customers come through the doors. “Our customers know what they like and they know about the 'buy local' movement. While food and produce have been given the local treatment, I think it’s time to concentrate on working with other local industries.”
