This whole chain is a joke. There staff act like diva child bosses and gets worse every visit. Sucks when you have minutes to burn up big time. There are better tanning salons to find in edmonton now. Can’t wait to get a new package NOT WITH FABUTAN you guys suck.
I came from out of town so I booked an appointment days in advance to keep my redlight therapy on schedule. It's now 20 minutes past opening time and my appointment with no employee in sight and the doors still locked. I'm glad they have respect for peoples time.
Never going to fabutan again. Overpriced spray tans (turn you orange) and these girls will pressure you LIKE NO OTHER to spend as much money as possible. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a buisiness in my LIFE. Absolutely hate them. What threw me over the edge was pressuring me into buying a $50.00 lotion to "enhance" my spray tan (girl claimed I could use it in the sun beds as well) so I gave in and purchased it. Only to come back to a different girl who told me I CANT use it in the beds
Excellent customer service, they are always friendly and very helpful! Love coming to this location, have been coming for about four years! Rooms are always clean and have shelving to hold your personal items!!
Poor customer service. I went away for work and was told my account would be put on hold, asked them to re start my contract in June and brought them a void check. They were saying my payments were returned and continued to charge me nsf fees. I brought them bank statements and let them look at them. There was nothing being charged from my accounts. I asked several times to speak with management or the owner. Never so much as a phone call or email. I ended up paying for 5 months of tanning!!!
Absolutely unprofessional. I had emailed a complaint to Fabutan on their website and it was addressed by the salon owner. He had included in his email "Wish you the best at ******* **** ****" The stars being the name of the company that I work for. It was honestly so unprofessional
