Friendly Nails

I recently went in with a gift certificate for a spa pedicure and spa manicure. Got the pedicure but just a basic manicure. Wasn’t informed that gel polish wasn’t included so had to pay out of pocket. My cuticles were cut and are still inflamed and fingertips are still tender. Won’t be returning.

Inconsistent Nails

Been to Friendly Nails mostly for gel nails. I have gotten two pedicures done and eyelash extentions once. Gel nails look good all the time! If something small breaks you can go back and they will fix it for free. I just got gel nails done again and I'm not happy a few of them are crooked and one of my cuticles bled a lot because she cut it too short! This is the first time I'm not happy with my gel nails though. Pedicures i have never been disappointed! Eyelash extensions I got for vacation. Did not like them at all. I found it uncomfortable while getting them done. When she was done I had to pretty much pull appart my eye because there was glue on it. One eye looked alright but the other lashes were very crooked. When I asked her to fix it she said that thats the way my eyelashes are.... They did't stay on as long as they said and I found them very uncomfortable. Overall I wont get eyelash extensions again! And wont be getting gel nails done for awhile
