My windshield cracked due to an amateur repair job on a chip and surprise they don't stand behind they're shoddy work. Didn't even offer to refund the money for the chip repair said they would apply it to the cost of a new windshield. Guess that's how they sell windshields shoddy chip repairs interesting angle I must admit. I'm sure the positive reviews were written by family and friends.

I have waited 90 days to ensure windshield installation had no problems with severe weather changes. I am happy to say service from booking, to drop off, to pick up and to daily usage has been great. I recommend GlassMasters West Edmonton to anyone looking for AMA supported service.
This branch is fantastic.The staff are soo patient, they had so many calls, just for quotes in the small time I waited. These guys are the best value, so don’t bother searching! I already did. :) My truck was done quickly, they even stuck my antenna & mirror on and it was left spotless. No hidden charges. I paid exactly what I was quoted, and yet they went above & beyond. Mine was done in half the quoted time. Very happy.
They have a car meet on weekends now :)

I needed to replace my driver side window on my 2007 odyssey. I got my quote really fast and it was the cheapest in town. they even can set me up an appointment the next day which other places needs to order in the glass. very impressive.
NOT a Good Experience had an issue when there was a dent by the door handle when installing the front window . To me Looks like a latter fell on the truck which took some paint off and leaving it dented and noticeable . They denied it and were being rude . I would've thought they would've owned up to this , but instead they insisted on being rude & threating to call the police on me to leave the building . Now in the end a window repair costed me a door repair .
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
