Le Jardin Apartments

I had an overall great experience with Le Jardin and their management. Although a little higher rent than I anticipated I loved my life at Le Jardin. The management was always good to me, as I was good to them!

This place is more expensive than it needs to be and is run like a boarding house. Things can turn sour quickly with the adversarial management. We tried our best to call this place home and create a healthy environment. Great maintenance and custodial staff. Laundry is overpriced and the dryers sort of work. 110 Street is on the edge of the downtown core so strange and bad happen. Drugs, assaults, LRT and small-bike weirdos, etc. Make an informed choice.
