I have gone to this depot many times and received excellent customer service especially from Reniel !He is respectful, helpful and accurate. I will return there always because it is the best bottle depot in north Edmonton. Thanks for the great service!

Honest and polite ...

Tip your sorter, then you both will be happy

This is probably the best depot that I've gone 2. The conveyer system makes sorting a lot faster. The only downside is that it gets busy there no matter when it is. But thats no surprise seeing that its cleaner than most depots, once you get 2 the counter its quick, the sorters r friendly, and the card system PREVENTS the sorter from tipping themselves. REMINDER: the sorters handle LOTS of gross stinky bottles that u dont want 2. So tip them. Everyone will benifit in the end from happy sorters

My dad went to return a pile of bottles from my wedding ( 300 heavy drinkers) and when he left he felt that they may have short changed him. So he went back today and decided to pre count his bottles and they shorted him again!! When he approached them about it they said there was nothing he could do. I won't be going here again!! Way to rip off people who work hard to collect and save bottles during a recession.

Clean and very efficient!! I Don't go anywhere else. Just wish they're hours were a little less like bankers, sometimes its hard to get there in their business hours and then the line ups can be BAD!

Fast and Efficient

I found them to be very good at their job. Sometimes they are focused and don't communicate much, but their jobs require lots of counting, so that is understandable. They are polite and get the job done efficiently.

WORDS HURT NEVER GOING BACK

I take my bottles in all the time here but not anymore. There was one man who was rude and ignorant to all he called me names and put down because my kids and i dont rinse our cans out. i dont believe that calling ur customers stupid and such words i will not post is very good manors. when i went up crying to the cashier/ manager he said we know about him. just dont take it to heart . I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN AND I HOPE SOME ONE READS THIS WHO MATTERS IN THIS COMPANY..
