    Exceptional Service!

    The salespeople continue to provide us with exceptional service... We were greeted with enthusiasm as soon as we walked through their doors. The sales people were informative on their line of products and helped us choose a hot tub that suited our needs and within our budget. We love our Polar Spa hot tub and the salespeople continue to provide us with exceptional service and advice even months afterward. They seem to truly want us to enjoy our purchase.

    Terrible customer services

    We have to pay for the hot tub in full before delivery could be set up. they said it will delivery in a few days. it takes them two weeks to delivery with serveral phone calls. Pump, lights do not work, no cover lid, no chamical starter kit. Techincian tell us will rectified all problem in three hours. He did not show-up for two weeks. Do not buy from them. After collecting your money, you have to scream at them to get their product? Could you get it?

    terrible job they did.

    I ordered a mPulse sauna at last sep, until now I didn't get anything. Whenever I called them to ask what's going on, the guy control the orders had never been there. such reasons like, sick, on holiday, wouldn't come today, and there are so many reason but just dont answer my quest.
