6 minutes agoNEW If you're looking to be screwed over royally, then take your pet here. Many years loyalty and they simply don't care. Take your pets elsewhere. Miss an appointment and you'll pay them handsomely. This place has gotten ridiculous with pricing and customer service. Staff treat people like customers are beneath them.

not impressed with the service by the unfriendly staff or performance of dog grooming. prices are too high for the low quality they provide to you. advice: save your money and go somewhere else!

I had a very bad experience at this salon. Don’t believe all the positive feedback. My dog caught some kind of skin problem after her groom and it took me months to get rid of it. There is a possibility that they are doing cats and dogs in the same area and my dog caught something from the cats or they used a dirty area or instrument. Maybe go into the back and see how clean it is. My rating is a minus 1

Friendly groomers and excellent service. My Biewer Terrier Charlie did not like having his nails clip but his groomer managed him quite nicely and got the job done. Charlie was so handsome and happy when I went to pick him up.

I took my Bijon Frise to Premium PetStyling two days ago. When I dropped her off they insisted she was matted (she has short curly hair). The pet groomer Vallery used the shortest possible razor blade (10) to cut her hair. When I picked her up her buttocks and vaginsl area were chapped from razor burn. She was in incredible pain and wouldn’t come out of her dog house. I never gave them permission to use a 10 razor blade on her and they never asked claiming they used the blade in the dog’s b
