The Southgate mall location has great customer service once you finally get out of the line (one time i stood at the front of the line for 15 mins straight even though i needed to do quick banking) because the client advisors are very thorough with each customer. I appreciate that but maybe provide some seats? It is so stressful to stand in the lines sometimes. Maybe i should bring my own chair from home.
We went to this bank to ask for assistant about business account. They have the worst attitude bank teller ever. Her name is Marivis. We think about a long time whether to post someone's name or not, because this is not a good thing for the person, but we are really mad at the attitude that we got from her.
