    400$and left with the exact same hair I came in with.went In asking for blonde hair and was told I would be able to get to a light brown dark blonde.ended up turning orange after I was told countless times it was“looking better than expected and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT TURN OUT ORANGE”I believe they took advantage of me because I am a young girl.My mom went in and talked to the manager who was EXTREMELY rude and said it wasn’t the products fault and my hair. Dyed it back and charged me more.
