Dr.s hr was 9am to 5pm on the board, Dr. walked in at 930am.. you have all these sick people waiting for you.. and even have kids walked in for 930am for an appointment, ofcourse they were not in at 930am.. seriously, if people cant get in on their appointment time, why you take an appointment? isnt it too early to say things got delayed? well, if dr. is not in till 930am- why dr.s hour is 9am? if dr.actually not start till 930am, you should fix dr.s hr so people not just wait for the dr.

The pharmacy has always been great but I would not recommend shopping for cosmetics or other items in this Summerside location unless you want to get stalked and followed around the store. This has happened to me twice and they are not subtle about it. According to another Google reviewer this is common place. They make you feel so uncomfortable and follow you down every isle so you can't shop. I am a mature woman and a mother and that doesn't stop them. I returned to shop with friends and they did the same thing to them. It's no wonder the store is empty. Awful shopping experience and I'll continue to go across the street to Shoppers where they are knowledgable about cosmetics and never treat their customers in this way. Awful store!!!

Always excellent!

I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable. I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well. (And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).

Terrible Wait Times

A couple of the staff are very friendly and efficient. The rest and exceptionally slow, do not even acknowledge you (even when you try and talk to them) and hardly understand English.
