I would highly recommend Richfield Plumbing. They were great to work with setting up the job, and ordering the parts we required. Very patient providing multiple options for the job. They arrived on time, fully prepared, completed the job in a timely manner as expected and on budget. Very polite, respectful and nice young guy that did the work. Richfield Plumbing coordinated their job with kitchen installer, plumber came on time and did good job on installing new sink and faucet without any interruption in kitchen installation.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and the service was fast and well done. The plumber who came did the best possible to find a compatible faucet and to match up different valve types, and fully explained different possible options. I had a flood in my house from a faulty toilet. Dan at Richfield handled the replacements and changes that we required to the plumbing to insure this could not happen again. Called Richfield to do a quick job unclogging a sink and repairing a water heater. Technician arrived on time and was efficient in doing the work. Charged a reasonable rate and was very helpful. I had Richfield send over their service tech to start a file and service my residential boiler system. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service tech and the quality of the workmanship. Upon arrival the tech discussed the jobs in detail and the costs associated. The boiler system and associated equipment is quite complex and the tech was more than happy to explain how it all worked and how to do minor maintenance if I had too. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
After noticing a small leak in a temp gauge on my boiler, arranged for replacement with Dan. Jeff came and did a great job of the replacement in a quick and clean manner. He was well prepared for the job and is a very polite and courteous service person. He explained everything he was going to do and inspect. I highly recommend Richfield as they installed this unit 13 years ago and it has been basically bullet proof and solid performance the whole time.
We connected with a tiler for our bathroom renovations, who in turn recommended Richfield plumbing for the plumbing work. They worked within our schedule and that of the tiler, were open to moving our schedule around as the work with the tiler developed. After searching online for a highly rated plumber, I contacted Richfield to get a quote to replace our cast iron stack which was cracked and leaking. Of the 3 companies I contacted, they were the only one to respond, and very quickly. They answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. The service well met our expectations. During Sept we had Brian disconnect plumbing and sinks for a new counter renovation.
