Horrible Customer Service! They will give you so much hassle to replace your phone. They will keep telling you that you need to talk to someone and they will give you false information so you will keep going back to the store trying to replace your phone. DO NOT buy anything to this store. They never replace my phone or refund my money even though the phone wAS UNDER 15 days and it was in very good condition. The Manager said he will call me but he never did so i end up calling Rogers and untill now still waiting for the replacement!
The personnel at this store has told me 4 times that they are going to phone me on the status of my iPhone. They never bother bother to call me. Further, I have an extended warranty on my iPhone. But while I wait the return of my phone, I have to use a non internet Nokia.
